1. Yogurt Fruit Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Popsicle molds or small paper cups and popsicle sticks

Instructions:

  1. Mix Greek yogurt with a little honey or maple syrup if you want it sweeter.
  2. Layer the yogurt and mixed berries in popsicle molds or small paper cups.
  3. Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  4. Enjoy your homemade fruit popsicles!

2. Rainbow Veggie Wraps

Ingredients:

  • Whole wheat tortillas
  • Hummus
  • Shredded carrots
  • Sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • Spinach leaves
  • Sliced cucumbers

Instructions:

  1. Spread a layer of hummus on a whole wheat tortilla.
  2. Arrange the shredded carrots, bell peppers, spinach leaves, and cucumbers on the tortilla.
  3. Roll up the tortilla tightly and slice it into smaller pieces if desired.

3. Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

  • Canned tuna (in water), drained
  • Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • Diced celery
  • Diced pickles
  • Lettuce leaves (romaine or iceberg)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the canned tuna with mayonnaise or Greek yogurt.
  2. Add diced celery and pickles, and mix well.
  3. Spoon the tuna salad onto lettuce leaves and wrap them up.
  4. Enjoy your tasty tuna salad wraps!

4. Cheese and Crackers Plate

Ingredients:

  • Assorted crackers
  • Sliced cheese (cheddar, Swiss, gouda)
  • Grapes or apple slices
